    screw that, I grew up there and the wonters aint nothing nice. about 18 miles east of Bismark is Richardton. Aint much left of it but my family use to live, a few mile soutside of town on the farm. I dont even think they have a bar anymore.

    Let's see. The temp. this morning shows around -20. I guess that is why those that are not real men move south. :D

    Enjoy your trip but you did pick the coldest weather so far this winter. At least less snow than Colorado.

    i think we hit around -7 last night. But for once in the history of wyoming, its not blowing wind. It actually isnt too bad out.

    You need to come further north. Up here in the Turtle Mountains, next to Canada, it's a balmy -4! Ha!:)

    Hey, Ichoptop, our family far, is south of Richardton too --- down by Mott. We kinda like it down there (in the Summer though).

    If you get up to Minot, there is a fellow peddling dozens of projects. Dakota Classics is the name, I believe.

    Why in the world would you come to North Dakota in the winter? Even us locals have to question the wisdom of that decision? If you get to the Fargo area call me and I'll give you a tour of the wrecking yard I work for, 13 acres of cars 1975 and older.

    Made it back.Glad we picked the weekend we did.You guys have some cool stuff going on up there. Typical of me,drag a camera 1400 miles and take 4 pictures.
    Scored 5 NOS early Ford driveshafts at a ND wrecking yard.
    Couple pics from the garage tour.
    And cool old buildings...

    It was a good time and I'm glad we got to meet in person. I took pictures (with my new camera) but I'm still trying to figure out how to resize them to post.

    Tman, I'm guessing by the time they went thru the hills, things were a little fuzzy.
