Chevy had two rads that I know of for 28, tall round top flat bottom, the other a little shorter with a somewhat pointed top ana a pointed bottom.
Its been nearly 30 years since I had my 28 Chevy, but that does not look like it would fit the radiator shell mine had.Mine looked more straight on the top and bottom.In my opinion it doesn't look correct.
