For shits I did a search on your license plate... here's what I came up with: http://www.medhelp.org/forums/addiction/messages/30723a.html
There have probably been a dozen Mustangs I know of that were stolen with information gathered from pictures / license plates posted on the internet. Think about it. They see your car, like the parts, get your address from a DMV search, figure out a way to steal it. It doesn't take long. So maybe only one in ten cars is accessible at the time they are prepared to do the theft. But 10% is a pretty good take when a car can part out for $10-15-20 thousand dollars or maybe even more. Lock your stuff up. And blur your plates so some asshole in Wyoming doesn't know who you are.
besides plates,I've seen logos on t-shirts "fuzzed" too. It has a lot more to do with copyrights than security though. some guy sees his car on a tv show or on the internet and he wants his "fair-share"of any money made from selling the images! As for my car, I'll take all the free "look-at-me,look-at-me" I can get! LOL
I'll paypal two bucks to anyone that can track down my address using my plate number. Seriously. I want to see if anyone can do it.
Fuckin' things look blurry to me when I'm sittin' at a light- 'course, so does everything else- what's yer point?
My plate is my avatar pic. It is a unique plate and I'm not real worried about having anybody track me down. I use it for my avatar on the other forums were I post. BTW it reads MOTORHEAD and is on a Barbers Vintage Motorsports Musem plate. Theres not quite a thousand Barbers plates in circulation.
