    Thanks for the photos.

I expected to see the cars shrouded in heavy fog, but it looks like the weather was nice this year.

So, are most of these cars built in Japan?

...........or bought somewhere else and shipped to Japan as is?

There is definetly some cool shit over there.

This one was my favorite. Four doors can be kool, if you have the right
    attitude.

  20. That's because it's photo chopped in that background.

So when is this show? My business takes me to Japan a couple times a year. It would be cool if I could coordinate it with this show.

Sweet! This is always an impressive show. More so this year with the amount of cars. Owning an old American car is so difficult in Japan. I'm surprised to see such a great turn out.

Some great cars in the pics!

    Thank you for everybody.

Many of these amazing rods and kustoms were built in Japan. We respect your car cultures.

Yes, because the sun had just blazed, I disliked backlights and used flash.

    Mal-san,

Domo Oregato for the cool picks at Custom Hill, great cars and great guys in the Japan car scene. I saw my friends old car in the pictures, the '36 Ford build by Junichi at Paradise Road. I travel to Japan a lot and love the car shows. Yokohama indoor car show coming up this month.

    Comet,

Custom Hill is always in October, this year its on Sunday October 22nd at Oonoji Camping Area Susono City, Sizuoka. Sizuoka is south west from from Tokyo on the Suruga Bay. This month there's the big indoor show in Yokohama, call Mooneyes for the dates they sponsor it. Look at this site for from Japan http://side-b.jp/afrostyle/ pass shows will come up at this site. Take a look at www.paradiseroad.net/

    Flipper,

The gap between cars build in Japan and those that are imported is narrowing. All the cars used to come from the USA. Its most likely a 60/40 split at this time, think about this there are 22 hot rod/custom shops in Nagoya, Japan alone. The craftsmanship at the top shops is fantastic. Some of the best rides come from Paradise Road in Nagoya, Japan. Checkout this site htt://swide-b.jp/afrostyle/ Take a look at this site www.paradiseroad.net/
