I live about 5 miles from that BIG BEAVER EXIT 69 sign in Troy, Michigan. It is real, not photoshopped. Every time I drive by it, I think 2 things......1. I want to steal it! 2. The road commision has a great job to be able to pull that off!

True story: I was on I-75 one night and 2 girls pulled up beside me and asked whereBig Beaver was. I said "Have you looked between your legs?" Thought by buddy (driving) would wreck form laughing.
Don't have a picture but there's a place in southern Wisc. called "Bong Recreation Area." It's very close to Union Grove. Always wanted to grab one of the road signs, but never got around to doing it.
The bong one is on the site that is linked to. We have one in PA, "big bone lick state park." Always love that one, right off rt. 80. CHAZ
Yeah "Big Bone Lick state park next right" always gives me a chuckle. On I-94 in Michigan outside of Kalamazoo is the town of Climax next right....
in atascadero (near paso) theres a lube station behind a gas station. so the sign reads "quick lube in rear". another, in wyoming someone took one of those deer crossing signs adn painteda huge cock on the deer. it was stolen the day i bought a camera to take a pic.
If you understand German you might get a kick out of this one. Sorry about the bad pic I snapped it while driving I-70 in Kansas.
I don't have a pic, but everytime I drive through Ohio on the I-80/I-90 turnpike, I see a sign for FANGBONER road. It always makes me chuckle.
The local Burger King here a couple years ago had an interesting announcement on their marquis that read "NOW HIRING LOSERS"! I was all set to ask for an application when they told me that the "C" blew away and it was supposed to read "NOW HIRING CLOSERS". Oh well, I tried!!
This is a real sign in Fucking, Austria: Apparently they have problems with people stealing the Fucking sign so they had to set the post in concrete. The sign below translates into, "Please, not so fast!"
German is the primary language in Austria, not Australia!. There is another, later, photo of the town signs that have something like a cage on them to prevent thefts.
Here are a couple that found their way in my garage... 1st one is self explanatory. Guess we can't enter Wisconsin! and we have to play ball outside the diamond!
