Damn, just exceptionally cool.....great job. Got a little more room in my trunk......I used a 50's leather Bell Telephone serviceman's tool box and an old leather bowling bag for my jumper cables and a couple of Fix-a-flats.

Really neat. I "can" dig it. You can even say your tool can has a "safety" belt :). I love simple yet inovative stuff like this.

Since we are sort of combining toolbox ideas and jerry can ideas... I saw something like this in an old vw van a couple years ago. Very cool. I did a search online cause surely others have thought of it too. Even found a How-to video.

I tried to sell this tank (it was the original tank in my 1967 Tahiti boat with a 110hp O/B engine) and no buyers so it’s now the tool box for my ‘34 B4F4C707-4714-4373-888C-F5B8CE6A4AD4.jpeg B15BC51E-F95E-4F04-87D5-D0931494FCCA.jpeg

did this about 15 years ago to mount on the running board of an AD truck. sold the truck, never finished putting guides on the inside and a tool box latch on it. jeeryCan1.jpg jerrycan2.jpg jerrycan3.jpg
