I found a 1960 Merc ragtop that I couldn't live without and found this in the trunk. Genuine mercury cruiser skirts! They are correct for the 1960 Merc, about 60"long.
Those are as valuable as the car. Sell them and make your money back. or just run them if they fit the style you are doing.
That’s a MEL engine! Kool You could easily up date to a 430 four barrel, for 375 advertised horsepower! Bones
My buddies Dad bought one just like it brand new and traded it in on a station wagon a couple years before he got his license because his sisters kept getting into trouble with it lol. I am a big Mercury lover but the 60 to 62's weren't my cup of tea, until about 10 years ago now a 60 hardtop or convert would fit in my garage just fine between My 51 and my 64 Marauder! Actually, there would be room for a 56 hardtop or covert too! lol, nice find. Larry
