Yep. I probably started a convo too late in last month about an English banger 140CI it came in both 6 & 8 port, would be interested in your thoughts regarding performance potential of siamesed inlets vs one port per valve. IMG_5014.jpg IMG_5015.jpg

Might as well admit I'm here as well.... life got in the way and I did not get to drive my A Bone much this summer...
Looking forward to making up for that.. Time to show it some love and get it ready for spring> <Grin>

    Hi all,

no progress to report here - still collecting parts for the transmission swap - in the meantime, I'll soak up all the information that comes from the banger threads.

Still messin with this damn Akron-Hed. Latest project was a new water pump complete with water bypass to help cool the rear cylinders. The yellow hose is a backup plan in case I can’t get a 5/8” hard line bent to fit in this relatively tight spot. It looks easy now… but the fan bracket and dizzy complicate things a lot!

That's a fine looking little pump. What's it from?
I hate to suggest it because it looks so hokey, but you could make your crossover pipe out of copper pipe and sweat fittings to get nice tight bends. Painted or powder coated to match engine color it might not be too obvious.

Would someone post some pictures of a tappet cover for a B engine that provides a spin on oil filter. I'm curious how it gets it's supply oil to the filter.

One of the countless accessory pumps made for T’s. This one is unique as it has an actual centrifugal pump housing design, rather than a simple “agitator” to stimulate the thermosyphon flow. We’ll see how I feel when it comes time to put it all together, I’ve been known to put in waaaaaay too much effort on seemingly simple tasks like this. Until then, the hard line is there waiting it’s turn…

My first foray into the four banger world. My buddy owns a CNC lathe so we whittled on this flywheel today.
