All time favorite, John Stimac's 34. (John's photos) Love that the discs are screwed into Ansen Sprints. Maybe I need to post one one of this car w/o the discs on the "greatest 'mag' equipped hot rod" thread.

Standing beside the front tire is Rich Venza from AI fiberglass and you can see the rear portion of the Posies yellow model A panel.

  6. In '59 & '60, Dad ran MOON Discs on his daily driver '55 Plymouth Belvedere More-Door Mild Custom:

By '61, those MOON Discs made their way onto his chopped & channeled, 331ci Hemi-powered '32 Ford 5wd Coupe:

From '58 thru '75, this plaque was mounted on the firewall of our "MOON Equipped" Deuce Coupe:

  7. Have them on my Elco (since '94 when I got the car on the road) and found another used set of 15" for something in the future.

Only pic I have right now as I'm not at home.

Like them on some cars...NOT on some others. Had a pal who rode the bus to H S and wore a Moon like a Chinese Coolie hat to school one day. Got sent home.....came back in greasy coveralls driving his Lincoln ohv powered A roadster pickup. Yup detention ...... ah, the good ole early 60s.

  20. I have always liked the look of the moon disc and used them on my Model A pickup for several years when it was my daily driver. HRP
