It's attached to original tank mount and seems straight to me

It’s a fun time to return to the HAMB it seems!

I have sat in Metalshapes car and while I’m only 6’, it was super comfortable. I’m building a ‘28 roadster on 32 rails. Having had a ‘24 T (on 32 rails) and a ‘32, I imagine I’ll need a slightly lowered and set back seat in my A but not too much.

Sport coupe, taller doors help with tall driver. Here we are 90% completed, only 90% to go LOL. Some more pics and build details here:

You know your car was a major inspiration to me on this build. Thanks for your kind words, you made my day!
Are you still running that Mallock?

Put the floor at the bottom of frame, or even slightly lower. Make the trans/driveshaft tunnel, transmission crossmember, seat pans and floor using heavy gauge steel sheet , so that it has the strength and function of “uni-body” construction. The trans tunnel can actually be skipped, and just go with the driveshaft tunnel. It should also be stout enough to contain the driveshaft, like a driveshaft hoop. A transmission in the cockpit, surprisingly works out quite well!

there was a company that produced a lengthened T-bucket body which, to me, didn't look "right." i don't see why you couldn't make it work on an A, though.

Lengthening my doors 3" was the hardest part of my build. I put 2 "more in the quarters.
I wouldn't be able to drive it otherwise.

Your wife allowed me to sit in it at Deuce days. I can attest that it is much more spacious than a standard size RPU.
