I have the same problem with my 32. size 10-1/2, steering column, brake pedal, gas pedal, transmission hump. If I wear my keen boots I push just enough of the gas pedal while braking that it’s not safe. Have to wear my vans or chuck taylors.

 

Trim existing pedals to fit your available space.
Bonus: the leftover middle portion of my Moon gas pedal became the brake pedal.

I didn't see it mentioned, and not that it matters too much, but the V8 pedal arms are ¼" pipe thread are they not? Why mention at all? Maybe looking at stuff from a completely removed industry might net some ideas. Just sayin...
