    i like your approach to the column firewall/floor mount.definately consider similar in the future with a flange welded to the column and bolted to the floor.

    Watching your build looks good. I am building a UP 5 window myself and am at the point I need a steering column.
    What column is that you are using?

    Garage is 60 years old with ZERO insulation. Not worth spending large amounts of money on heat to tinker around.

    As long as the hood stays on you won't see that weird setup, I'm wondering what it will sound like!
