That is the Bell & Zuluski Anglia out of Kenosha Wisconsin (Home of American Motors-Rambler) no doubt the photo was taken at Great Lakes Dragaway in Union Grove Wisconsin

 

I learned how to drive in a 1952 Nash station wagon.... I didn't have an Anglia though. Thanks for the information.
