Fugly, yes, but you could probably actually bump something with them and not damage the fugly car.

Ford Prefect utility, A53A model, 1946-1948. I didn't take these photos with the intention of putting them up here, and please excuse the number of photos ... the sign writing on the driver's door could have been done when the ute was newly purchased, along with the pin stripe, but I don't know the significance of 'CHELT'. The name of a property? 040.JPG 044.JPG 049.JPG 050.JPG 051.JPG 052.JPG 054.JPG

For sale on F-book here in Michigan for $1,000.
    Listed as a 1946 Ford.
    It's a Mercury.
    It's extremely crusty.
    Pretty good picture, though.

These bits are in the same suburban Melbourne park as the XK Falcon. The first two pics are a Renault 750 but the last two pics I don't know; below that headlamp bucket you can see the shape/outline of the end of the grille. A local who has lived here a long time said that there used to be a lot more car wrecks there but I wonder why these bits and the Falcon bits etc were left there. 27. Now i see it thanks to the lower corner of the grille.o_O The big gashes caused by the council bulldozer did,nt make it any easier :D . Anyhow these are the remains of a boring old British 1954 Morris Oxford , great paddock car with all your mates pilled in for a bash through the bush :rolleyes:. Tree dodging can be fun when your to young to know better .
