We roasted a pig for out wedding, it was awesome…. Cooked it over a fire after splitting it in half

 

I can ask, but they just finished their points race last week, so they'll probably still be running. Doesn't mean you can't pay and race though

 

Years ago a buddy pit roasted a pig in his back yard. The pig was awesome but nothing grew where the pit was for years. Just a patch of bare dirt, not even a weed.

 

Let me know when we are closer to the event. The more the better on the ride.
