Jake had his newly finished roadster out for the first time today.
The Outriders Picnic was a perfect destination for it's first road trip
A classic "pre war" hot rod, right down to the mechanical brakes!
This car needs to be seen in person to appreciate the details.
Sorry for the lousy pictures . . .

    So cool.

I read that it contains some interesting mix of genuine Ford parts that make it easier to drive and maintain.

My B powered early A coupe runs 32 front brakes.

    Cannot fault them.

Someone needs to do a feature on this roadster, so we can all see what tricks the man hisself has been up to.

Great lookin hot rod. Why the ‘31 plate on a ‘28-‘29 car?
I can’t remember, what year used 18” wheels?

It's 2022 and Pete Eastwood is showing off Jake's latest hot rod. I can't express with words how comforting that is...

Looks killer! Noticed it right away in the coverage online, not surprising at all that it came from Jake. I’ll add to the chorus of wanting to see more!

Great clean ride! Like the use of spreader bar and ‘32 hood hold downs. 18” wheels came on 1932’s.

Great looking build- - - but not a driver on modern roads with mechanical brakes.

Righteous, but what else would you expect from Jake. He's been my hot rod hero since I first met him in the late 70's
