I hate to say this Moose, he asked for it to be painted 37 Indian MC maroon I didn't think you were that old yet!

 

Yeah I did that but didn't post it yet....To tell the truth I don't care too much for it.

Thanks for all your help, I really appreciate it. I can't say I'm not too sure of the maroon either, I liked the grey. I'm sure it'll look really good when it's more complete. It's progressed quite a bit since these pictures.

 

Haha, this picture was taken at a car show. Our garages are all fairly small

 

Back again and eying up yet another project! is anyone able to make the edsel have the same colour and wheel setup as the starliner? Thank you!

Can any of you work it as a 50s sports racer with the headlights faired (say like on a Jag XK-C/D), streamline the chin panel, insert a mesh inside the grill aperture, get rid of the rear bumper and again smooth out the rear of the car - or modify it any way you see fit...

 

I might be in a position to get Miss Molly spruced up with some new paint next year. Just throwing this out if anyone wants to try it. thinking like a burnt orange with a root beer metallic roof w/ lace panels or a green/ gold combo or i don't know, taking suggestions. you can ignore the scallops on the hood, probably won't be carried forward. Thanks! You guys rock.

I have been trying to come up with something but I think your version is so much better that I am going to pass.

 

Hope you don't mind I went with another photo to work with. I did it up as an early sixties street custom in burnt orange. Light shave, rake, and finished up with Hurst wheels and red line tires.
