Summer, winter and a couple of neighbors out the North door of the shop.

 

The view from my shop would be the same as from my front porch. Being that I am 300 miles away from my shop for another month I will post pics taken from my front porch. yes. bnsf main line between Los Angeles and Chicago. about 100 trains a day. you get used to it.

 

The recent addition to my house is the mudroom with bathroom just inside the door to the 30 x 30 garage with double garage doors. On the far end is a shop with garage door on the back side. On the front side of the shop is all windows. Across the street is Mooseheart International. It is the headquarters for all the Moose clubs around the nation.
As I sit here at the bench, I see about 1/4 mile across a pristinely mowed lawn. After that the buildings pop up. I watch the bald eagle family play and grow. The best part is the annual car shows that are held just down the hill, on Mooseheart property. And a beer run takes ten minutes. Just saying.
