In my mind there is a weak memory that this car once belonged to Mr. Hasil Atkins, does anybody know about that? Was that true?

Probably my all time favorite car. So many details on it. Every time you look at it you'll notice something different. Jeff just had an eye for building rad traditional kustoms that many do not duplicate.

 

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Jeff had the ability to build a kustom with radical changes that flowed so smooth together. I got to be around it a lot last weekend and it was kool just set back and take it in...

 

I know the car was built back in the 90's by Jimmy Bruns Sr. The car was a staple in the San Fernando Valley.
It was sold to Steve Wertheimer(owner of the Continental Club in Austin) who has owned it for the last 30 years. The car is currently in Austin Texas still with Steve. Car is all original still from when Jimmy built it.
Its amazing this car still holds its own for being built 30 years ago.

Very cool car but those wheels and tires are doing it no favours.

 

Agree, wheels doesn't fit the era of the build. Chrome reverse with spiders would really make it pop.
