I know this is an older post, but I feel there is always someone looking for some input on Brockman mufflers. I purchased the 22” steelpacks in the spring of 2021 for my 292 y block with an Isky E4 and I love the way it sounds. I get compliments all the time on the sound. The Brockmans are wonderful to deal with. Just tell them what you want the car to sound like and they will help you out.

I have about a 1000 miles on the mufflers now and sound great. I've cruised around town and two 500 mile round trips. I was concerned they would be too loud cruising down the road but they are fine. No droning, moaning or groaning. They get a crack to them just as the tranny shifts and then just Mellowtones!

Just starting to decide on mufflers for “Effie” , my ‘48 F1. Glad you stated how they sounded going down the road. Sounds like the kind of people I like to deal with . Thanks for the videos guys.

Be curious to know how they sound behind a stovebolt.

Used the 22'' steelpacks with both headers and split manifolds. They sound as good as anything on the market today, and better than most.
