^That 56 is nice!!^ The skirts will make it better. I'd leave the lug nuts show though. I like the look of those little bolts with a chrome hub cover in the front and the axel center painted a color that sticks out..

Hello, It was surprising to see an old 50s style custom sitting on the side of the road. The Buick had to have some type of air suspension as the big dip in the road just ahead toward the ocean and the previous block entering the parking area also had a big dip. It was no place for a lowered car, let alone one that was already scraping the ground the poor lakes side pipes were below the lowest part of the chrome rims. But, there is a fact about recognizing custom parts added as was the case back in the 50s. it was as if the Buick sedan stepped out of a movie set for a 50s teenage movie. Jnaki There were custom made hubcaps added to the regular chrome wheels in front. While the chromed reversed wheels in the back received what looks like baby moon smoothies. 50’s cruising in the current years brings those memories flowing anytime a cool mild custom car or hot rod is seen on the road. My old 37 Chevy pickup with chrome smoothies and baby moons. I neneded to paint that whitewall black that is showing through the back of the tire. I still miss this old truck.......
And progress on the 34 Chev (since 2020) Im down at the bottom of the south Pacific so I only get the elcheapo style of chrome rims
