   I see pieces of the ring gear teeth missing and gouges in those teeth. Did you find any pieces in the gear oil? Also, check the bearings carefully, a bearing failure could have started this issue.

   Just to close this thread. I replaced the R&P along with all the bearings, races, and seals. The noise is gone!
