  6. Is this the consensus?

    Are we sure about that?

    positive identification?

I dunno, I’m just throwing it out there as a possibility and say it’s a Dodge :)

Complete truck is 48-50 Ford F-1, cab looks like 36 Chevy "low cab" series based on the grille inside, if the A pillar is mostly wood it's a 36, if it's steel there it's a 37-38 with an earlier grille with it.

1948-9 or early 50 Ford p/u. Bed has straight side in late 50. 51-2 has different front fenders and grille. Cab is a 34 Chevy

Actually, the grille on the Ford pickup defines it as a '48-'50, and it's indeed an 'F-1'.

Any of the 3 would be a worthwhile hot rod project if the price was right.

At $300 each if you have the means. I'd grab it all!! Especially the F1 and the 36 humpback

  25. Awright @VANDENPLAS .... Unlike the current spate of politicians that use your "If you say it often enough, they'll believe it" tactic, that is NOT a Dodge, and you know it!! Now go stand in the corner and contemplate your deceitful actions!
The rest of you can carry on....

Even though it's not a Dodge, Dodge was in the pedigree since they used to make most of the Ford parts.
