Hellings style air cleaners

    Just want to share with all that I just received a pair of the large Hellings style air cleaners made by Wold Design. They are very nice and even include the air filter. If you are looking for the traditional style, this is what they do. Check them out at www.wolkdesign.net

    Nice.

    As an added touch, you can get repro H&S decals on Ebay for about 5 bucks.

    Are these the ones that are made in the U.S. of A.?

    If so, that is good price for US made air cleaners.

    Had one on my 55 Buick in 1966 that I found at B&B auto parts on Rainier Ave in Renton Wa. That one lasted until the first night after I fixed my hood hinges so the hood didn't knock you on your ass if you didn't know what you were doing when you opened the hood. I still think a classmate at the trade school I went to stole it and the chrome breather.
    Still one of if not the best looking chrome air cleaners around to this day though.
