Technical Erson Cam SBC E115930 anyone run one?

I came across this cam and found a cam card online. Anyone run one of these ever? Trying to figure out of hydraulic or solid, cannot find an old catalog.

What cubic inch, compression ratio would this be a good fit for?

It say's on the cam card running clearance is 23 hot. so I would say solid

 

That’s pretty much a Duntov 30/30 cam except those spec are a little tighter on valve lash. Solid cam.
