Mine, courtesy of @themoose over on the photoshop thread: Someday the ACTUAL car might look as nice. EDIT: yeah, it’s not a screenshot, but, I’m not at home and that’s as close as I could get.
I have a drawing that Mr. Norwell did years ago of a green model a sedan with a blown hemi. The rest of the drawing is a shop scene. I haven't had any desire to change it.
Impressive... Now, there are wide screen monitors that can take up the twin screens side by side... an all in one design. It looks like Tom McEwen in the Albertson Olds FED vs. possibly Frank Pedregon in his Competition Coupe. Hello, So far, the only two are actual screenshots of the original topic requirements. “SCREEN SHOTS OF YOUR COMPUTER’S HOME PAGE” We all have nice photos of our own hot rods and creations. So, put them on your computer screen and take a photo as the title says... It is very easy to take those photos and insert them on the display section of the settings tab. Then, take a photo of the whole computer screen. The old saying we all have seen here on the HAMB is “worthless without Pics…” especially since the topic is requesting such computer screens showing exact photos as a home page or screen shots. When I found out about how to insert my old photos onto the computer screen, I went to town to get the right shot and put them on the screen. A simple adjustment is necessary as DIGIcameras and phones have different size photos, in different layouts. So, some adjustments to the measurements of the screen shot is necessary. It is still pretty simple. For several months, they were changed, adjusting for the seasons. Summer, the blue ocean and our sailboat going at speed in some great wind as taken by a friend from his boat. That one usually lasts until the winter season. Placing them on the computer screen is a fun thing and you don’t have to be a computer genius to do it. save your photo as a JPEG and know where it is saved. Go to your computer settings tab and find the display sub tab. Follow your computer’s requirements. It might take several tries in different screen settings to either fill the whole screen or just a rectangle in the center of the screen with a different color as a border to see the actual computer settings. But, even if the settings of the websites, email, word document and pictures folders can or can’t be seen, then the border adjustment will allow a plain edge for those computer tabs. Keep the photo focused and not go to the largest settings. Clarity is better than huge. If you want huge, hook up your laptop to the home, large screen tv and see how much huge distorts an image. Jnaki At first, it was on my 30 inch monitor in our office. Then, I put it on the 17 inch laptop. Now, the laptop has a drawing that my granddaughter did when she was staying with us during those birth to 5 years old stage of the family game. It was her introduction to art and the computer. So, take the time to use a favorite photo, adjust them and put them on the screen saver tab of your computer. I really wanted to use our old 40 inch monitor when we got a larger TV. But, the 40 inch on the wall was a little overkill. My wife's office computer screen is 27 inch and is as clear as her Apple IPhone screen. It pays to have a crystal clear monitor. There are already too many “post a photo thread” for everyone to select a computer photo or your own. This one is specific and the others should follow suit as the original poster… @A Boner requested.
I have a folder of over 3000 images (and growing) that are randomly displayed as the desktop, changing every 10 seconds.
