I regret that I'll never have the '40 at the Roundup. I took it to BTT50s in 2019 and had more drama than I liked (axle failure, transmission failure, heart attack), so no more long overland trips for me.

Cool, and Damn, this was the year I had marked on the calendar to go when I retired but life got a bit in the way.
Like many others I wish I was there right now.

just got back-my ancient body just gave out (sound like an old car?). Have no idea how many rods were there, my math never went that high. One thing i did notice was the "patinaed" cars, just a huge lot of them it seemed. A good swap meet, lots of old stuff you won't find at the standard meets. Saw the HAMB setup, it was vacant. Still the best show i've ever been to.

 

Bitchin' trailer. It reminds me of Commando Cody's space helmet. I like that it doesn't have a bathroom - having to drain a black water tank is something I wouldn't want to have to deal with.
