Technical I need some help with VFD for machine

My head hurts.
I usually need to watch a 4-minute video on Youtube just to turn on my flashlight.

I found all the info on programming the Ebay type VFD's on woodworking sites. They use them to spin heads up to some ridiculous RPM'S. You just need to set the maximum to your supply frequency. Going a little bit over won't hurt anything, but the motor will run a little warmer.
