I have been dying to get a Merc, but probably unconventionally than most I am wanting a 4dr. I am a family guy and anyone with kids knows it is WAY EASIER getting in and out with a 4dr!
Four door Mercs can be just as kool as the 2 doors. They are big enough for the family and its kool to see a family get out of a kool Merc. My Merc was a four door and I bought mine because I couldn't afford a two door. Since it was a four door, my kids could ride along easier. Drove mine every day for years because that was the way I could justify the purchase. Keep your eyes open, somewhere a Mercury is out there waiting for you.

I likes me a traditional Merc, but the last 3 posted all need help when it comes to side mirror choice.
Agreed. Seems like every custom Merc built in a certain time period, no matter how traditionally styled the rest of it was, had to have those awful body color mirrors. Spoils the whole look of some otherwise really nicely done cars.
