Technical Brain Fart?

    Is the rear pinion, motor/trans phasing angle as important on a fixed center section like the Corvette or Jag rear suspension as it is say on a typical passenger car rear end?

    Yes, it has to do with equalising the speed at which the cross turns, both at the same angle, both turn at the same rate. If one is phased more it has to turn further, meaning faster through that turn and gives vibration. Yeah, something like that.
