Event Coverage Midwest events?

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by Racer29, Mar 12, 2022.

  1. With the Hotrod Hillclimb being cancelled again what would be the next best event similar to it in the Midwest to attend? Not a sit and stare show but an event that includes driving like a reliability run.

  2. We do a few reliability runs around the midwest, but they are all a pretty good drive from Rapid City.

    Newport Hill Climb - 9/29 - 10/2.

I've never actually been but I've heard great stuff.

Vintage Torque Fest and Iron Invasion have driving and motorsports components, but maybe not what you're looking for.

What Jeff said, they are a lot of fun and heavily attended.

  7. Vintage torque fest is a great show. Not sure what your looking for exactly but it's worth a visit if you've never been.

If you don't find the kind of event you want in your area, start one.
