Hot Rods Unknown Bracket

    I found this bracket in my late father in laws garage not sure what it came off from., he saved most every part of a car that just the way he was. Any help would be great.

    looks like if you hinge the flat part 90 degrees, and screw a piece of wood on top of it, you'd have a handy step to mount on the side of something.

    That mounts an old wood toilet seat to the toilet.

    I have unknown brackets also but I'm the one who made them.

  13. In all honesty, it could be a jump seat bracket. As funny as it is to call it a toilet seat hinge, looks kinda heavy built for a toilet

    What it really is is the footrest from a barbers chair minus the rubber foot board.
    Those bolts are way to heavy to be toilet seat cover brackets.
