    Hi
i have disassembled my speedo to grease the main shaft. after reassembly it runs real smooth and works completely. my only problem is, that the input shaft is heavily worn because of it hard working before.
    where can i get one?
mine is a 28 Stewart Warnerbut has a more modern input shaft like the later ones, so square cable without the tongue.
    Anybody can help?
    thanks

There is a company that advertises in the Model A News that rebuilds Model A speedometers, they might have what you need. Contact Denny at Ellerman's Speedometers 316-722-2107. As far as I know nobody is reproducing that part.

Not sure if Denny is the gentleman who advertises on Fordbarn, but there are many different folks that do it. I'd assume you'll need to get a part from a donor speedo

Try Fordbarn user name Papa Nick. He posts in the Model A listings in the Swap Meet section. Also speedometers and parts are usually plentiful on ebay.
