I'm digging through a pile of FH parts that came my way and i found a pair of heads stamped "A". I don't know anything about them, i'm certain one of you out there can enlighten me.

Are these worth cleaning and trying to sell? or are they not worth the effort?

sure, a little later today i'll be out at the garage. I've seen I think all the head casting numbers, i've just never seen ones with just an "A" on them.

They’re 1938-41 or 42 221 heads. Id say worth selling. Someone will want them

Info given was correct. But, don't expect much from stock heads. It's hard to give them away. I got $300 for the last pair of "A" heads I had, but they were bolted on a running engine.
