Happy Oztralia Day to all. Had the grandkids over yesterday for sausage sangers on buns with homemade lamingtons for dessert. Public holiday for Australia Day so of course the mowers and whipper snippers are in full flight around here.

Hope you mob had a great Orstraya Day. Lamingtons are somewhat of an international incident. The Kiwis claim that they invented them. Next thing you know, they'll be claiming pavlova, Phar Lap and Russell Crowe too . (no offence intended to our brothers from over the water. Hope you lot have a good Waitangi Day on the 6th).
