Mine too. In my opinion, the Ford designers knocked it out of the park with the 39 and 40 models.

It reminds me of a Steve Stanford concept drawing. I'm not sure the convertible windshield treatment is better than stock. But I would do the modification to mine with out looking back. Very tasteful modification.

I think if I were to build one of these Ute's it would have to have a passenger car rear fender modified to fit. Does anyone have a concept drawing of such a modification just for more curiosity?

....and the doors extended so the longer door windows fill the space where the quarter windows currently are.

Obviously not. She wouldn't even let her ass touch it. She had to put a trench coat between her & the fender.

IIRC, Don purchased the fiberglass parts from us: back section of a 1939 convertible (with trunk lid option), the trunk lid, a back panel from a 1931 roadster pickup. Don was responsible for the concept, execution, grafting of parts, bodywork, chassis. A very nice result.

Thanks Karl, That clears up some misconceptions I had about the trailer. It was so nicely built I just thought your Dad had built the trailer. I will have to give Don more credit for his craftsmanship.
