I did a search and didn’t find an answer. I have an F-1 box but no pitman arm. My pops has a 41 car chassis with a box on it so we could steal the arm off it if it fits.
Yes. The splines are the same from 32 to 48 passenger and pickup, and then up to 52 on the F-1's. You can do lots of swapping to get the right length and angle.
