Don't know what that intake is, but the flanges are all wrong for a 228 thru 302 GMC.

  3. GMC made a mastadon straight 6 cylinder in the late 1950's with a displacement of 526 Cu. in..
It was in the heavy duty line of trucks.
    Before folks believed in diesels....

    526, now that's a whopper!

How many cubes can you get from a 270 or 302 with boring and stroking?

There was actually a 503 GMC straight six according to this. GMC straight-6 engine - Wikipedia
I've never seen one and can't tell if that was an actual straight six or maybe a V engine that someone misconstrued to be a straight six.
Still, I'd have to say that back 12 years ago those guys who were arguing with Rich Fox didn't have a clue who they were up against when it came to actual knowledge. That is more than a bit funny now.

302 with a + .125” bore is a 321. Some will offset the rod machining by .060” for custom rod for another 10”. By doing it this way the rod will not interfere with the cam. I’ve heard a .250” over stock stroke of 4” but rod/cam clearance is touchy at best. I would not use a cast cam only steel under this scenario. 340”
After that you are on your own.
