Hot Rods Any pictures out there of 39 Chevy taillights on a highboy?

I want to do something different on the T roadster build besides the 39 ford, 47 ford,Pontiac, 48 Chevy lights,
I dig 37 ford lights but the smaller size of the 39 Chevy appeals to me. Any pictures out there?

 

I think the Chev lights are larger than '37 Ford, but there is not a lot of difference in the installed look.

 

39 Chev lights are smaller diameter than 37 Ford, but probably about the same length. Didn't Jake's yellow zonker have 39 Chevy lights on it? That might be easy to find a picture of.

 

i did 39 lights on a roll pan of a 55 gmc truck two pair looked killer ,used around 1 1/4" of the actual housing . my comp aint pic'ing very well dm me ill text ya a pic

What about some 1949/54 Chevy Panel truck upper body side lamps ?

 

The 1949/ 54 Chevy panel truck body side lamps are the same as 1939 Chevy tail-lights.

Agreed. The Panel truck tailights are exactly the same as '39 lights.

Dang......I didn't know that......and I even owned a stock 1939 Chevy coupe for a spell.
