Got these 4 carb 4-71 supercharger tops machined up and on the website! I made a slight miscalculation on inside blend between the supercharger and the top, so I knocked $75 off the price for this first batch. Of course they're still totally functional, and the little mismatch can't be detected from the exterior. Really excited about how these turned out!

I just got the first prototype of our McCulloch charge pipe in from the foundry! Everything lines up nicely, and I'm pretty proud with how it turned out. Screenshot_20220215-182736_Instagram.jpg

In the past all of the patterns that ive made to create the sand molds for casting parts have been 3d printed out of plastic. This has worked great up to this point, however the next product that we are making has some geometry that made me take a different route this time around. The walls of this new air cleaner we are making are thin, so a 3d printed pattern would not be rigid enough to handle the forces of compacting sand around it in the mold building process, so instead of using our typical 3d printed pattern on a plywood matchplate, i am carving a few billet aluminum patterns on my cnc that will then be fastened to an aluminum matchplate. Here is the pattern for the top piece of the air cleaner assembly after its first machine operation. Now i have to flip it over and hollow out the back side. This is much more labor intensive than 3d printing a pattern, but it will pay off in the end. This pattern will also have a much longer life time than a plastic patter. I will post more photos as progress continues.

Currently unsure if I will be restocking gas pedals. If I do, it won't be soon.

    Update:
We just completed our pattern for our new air cleaners. These will be sized for stromberg 97s and holley 94s. The pattern was machined out of aluminum instead of our typical 3d printed patterns due to how the part is bowl shaped and the plate that the pattern is built in had to be cut through to get the deep pocket required. It turned out very well considering its our first billet pattern!

These air cleaners are inspired by the old dual carb Tattersfeild air cleaners, but are made smaller to fit each carb individually.

We also received our first small batch of McCulloch vs57 charge pipes, and will be getting sold soon. Unfortunately the first batch is already accounted for.

  19. It is surely nice to see that someone is taking the time, effort, and money, to produce quality products here in the USA. Keep up the good work.

My McCulloch vs57 supercharger as missing the badge, so I decided to re-pop them since I can't find anyone else doing it. I will be determining how many to make based off of how many people say they need them. If you want one, shoot me a DM or comment. These are aluminum with a blasted finish, and were reverse engineered from an original. They will be about $110 a pop. 20220729_175533.jpg 20220729_175702.jpg

Made a little video performing a flow test on our new air cleaners, and comparing the to some others we had laying around.
    Watch it at

  29. Kind of a loaded test with such big differences on the surface areas and the restrictions of the air filters.
