That took all of 34 minutes. I hate when the game is over...before I even get a chance to play:(

That’s a nice looking gauge cluster, I hope he has the speedo.

    In an 'A' dash,
    often used MCycle guages,
    Small dia's and round.

The top corners do not match the 39 dash picture!

That's not a gauge cluster, that's a work of art! I sure wish they still made them like that.

Maybe a '40 Merc, or the very rare 38.

The gauge cluster in the first picture probably mounts behind the face panel in the second picture.

Was looking at the trip odometer, but I don't see how it's reset. Is there a cable under the dash to do that?

damn thing is working on me,
thinking about mounting it in an already cut up '38 std >A dash...
may not be tall enough for the '39 cluster.... DSCN7831.JPG DSCN8008.JPG

  24. It's the piece that goes behind the dash (the actual gauge cluster).

  26. You say that...and I agree. But some people just hate old cars. A fellow living a bit over an hour away from me was building a 'street rod' Mercury and had a real nice original cluster like that. But who would want such old no good parts? He replaced it with a nice blue glowing Dakota Digital piece. Crying shame. I hope it went to a better place.

BTW, I don't know the criminal in question!

That picture answered my question about resetting the trip odometer. Never would have guessed that you had to reach under the dash!
