History 64/65 Comets old drag cars lets see pictures

Yeah, I gotta come up with the decals for the front fenders of my model.... Maybe Slixx has a full decal sheet for the model kit....

 

What if Stroppe built a wagon? I figure these stickers are worth a tenth in the quarter mile.

 

This one was from the Telegraph and Michigan Ave area of Dearborn..Hi Risers…Wayne Gapp was a member…golden age of Drag Racing for America…probably cleaning it up for a Saturday night at Detroit…

It looks to be a real, one of 21 A/FX Comets! The first thing I noticed is the original Plaza Glas made hood, not a Crites replica hood like so many other’s have. ( except me)

Wow! That thing took a hit. And it was a Cyclone! By the date on the photo the crash happened about a year and three months after I bought my Cyclone.
