Technical Valve grinder motor speed

    Can anyone read the name plate on their valve grinder? My motor is humming. I’m mainly concerned with RPMs and the pulley size. I’ve some small motors that will work, but not sure if this was 1725 or 3450-sh rpm.

    Anybody here help? I went out to check mine and it didn’t have the speed on the data plate!

    Mine is a Sioux & is 1725 rpm.

    No, I have a Stewart Warner touch tach, somewhere! I am in the process of changing up my shop and cannot find anything!

    I think we have an answer!

    Thanks gents, that’s good info I needed. My pulley is the same too!
