Mark Dees had a 318” Offy in a sprint car he ran at Bonneville before he died….. his collection of cars, bikes, and parts are now spread far and wide. Same one?

Nice to see a Studebaker Champ truck. This one is obviously a utility truck. I was beginning to think mine was the only one on this thread.:)

Milwaukee Wisconsin, mid 60's, Old Milwaukee was a popular beer for us kids .69 cents 6 pack cans, $1.99 per case cans, is a Pabst beer product, Pabst Blue Ribbon, their premium beer, .99 cents, 6 pack, $2.99 per case. We had teen beer bars in Wisconsin 18 years old to drink beer there, usually a venue with a band, $5 cover charge to get in and $1.00 per beer. That was pretty expensive IMO considering we could go small local taverns that never checked IDs with 10 cent tappers and 10 cent pool tables, another Wisconsin record is the most tavern licenses per capita. Man, I'm old, another great set of stupid kid memories pop in this AM, will say when I street raced and drove like an ASS in my youth I did not drink, maybe that's how/why I survived, more likely, I'm a Lucky man with a Gaurdian Angel.

In Oregon the beer was only 3.5% so we had to drink twice as much…

  18. I need a freakin' time machine. Did you notice how there were no traffic lights, yet traffic was still moving? Ah... to live in a time where common sense was assumed and people owned up to their mistakes unlike this "it's not my fault" POS society we have to suffer through now. Back when boobs were real and idiots didn't get their lips injected to look like they've been blowing sailors all day.

Don't mind me, just being a grumpy old man this morning.

  30. When I lived in the Green Bay area, "pissed up" was the phrase.
Brats...yea, Wisconsin is known for its ill-mannered children alright! Also known for its ton-per-square-yard of road salt usage and subsequent rust!
