    Hi
So I have I have 53 Chevy sedan with torque tube. I have 55 tri 5 Chevy rear end , do I need to mess with Pinion angle? Or just redrilling spring perches 1.5” forward is enough??

Of course you need to verify the correct pinion angle, after assembly. If the 55 spring mounts are the right width for the 53 springs, then I'd redrill the mounts and bolt the thing up. Then check the angle and adjust with wedge shims as needed.

If you need fresh mounts on the axle, verify before welding them on.

Every car will be different because the engine/trans might be at a different angle.
