Just saw that a thread about a missing car title was deleted because that subject is not allowed. I have seen dozens of these threads in the past. Is this a recent change or have they just been slipping through?
Key note was in the PAST - way past. Many many years ago. Not slipping through. Title questions / posts are deleted because it’s a legal question that are subject to Individual states. No one can answer legal questions and best to contact your states Department Of Transportation. ( DOT )
I kinda agree with Choffman, title question threads seem to come up a lot. I'm not counting when people say "don't buy anything without a title." I do get why they should be deleted though.
X- I see your in Australia.... Title laws / processes differ by every state here in the USA. Therefore just go to your Department Of Transportation ( DOT) in your state to get the legal process answers. If you see any Title post questions - just report it to Mods and it will get deleted. Thanks.
