I hired someone to start a build on a fiberglass 32 3-window Ford coupe and I have paid for the project through the builder. The builder died, I have all the parts and I have no paperwork on the body. The body and frame were obtained from Russ Nomore in Louisiana. Russ Nomore has indicated they cannot provide any duplicate paperwork.
What steps do I need to obtain a title in Arkansas?
I need help.
I'm new at this.

 

Call the DOT or a notary that does title work and see what they say .
You may be ok if you have all your receipts , but that depends on your state laws.
