Art & Inspiration Winter driving, let's see your car in the snow.

OK, just spitballing here, but... how's about we get a thread going about your car in WARM weather, and shelve this one until July or August when we need some mental cool-off. Looking at these blizzard conditions in winter makes me shiver! OK, I admit it... I'm a wuss, a fair-weather wuss!

 

Drove I-80 thru Wyoming Dec. 26 - didn't know it could snow that hard!!

These are some pictures of my 1964 Impala in the snow. It has taken me to every single day of high school here in Ohio reliably so far. I was throughly impressed when the 250 Chevy 6 started very quickly when it was -3 out. The three speed on the column is also fairly nice in the snow if you get stuck. It’s very easy to go from 1st to reverse to rock the car out. I try to clean my car every weekend with a power washer underneath to rid of built up snow and salt. I drive this car through the winter just like my great grandpa did when it was new, and like grandpa to work, and like dad to college, and now I drive it to high school.

Got to be honest, this was taken a while ago about 2006/7 after a show in Finland and a Russian magazine wanted pictures, so we drove out to the streets to get some shots.
