  2. @SmokinBill - I wondered what you would end up with when that '55 sold in the classifieds. Nice fendered coupe! Drilled axle looks great.

    I got a 32 dash!

  4. That's my friend Klas' old coupe, used to have 3x2's on it and the front bumper. Good buy in my opinion, he used to drive it everywhere no problem.

My mom gave me pic`s of my first car(avatar) when I first bought it. I was 16, and some pictures when it was repainted and first few years when it was shown. Better than Chinese car parts.

I got the body side molding for my 63 Nova. Now I can learn how to straighten and restore molding.

No hard parts, but I got a copy of the latest printing of Pat Ganahl's book "Ford Performance."

I was far too blessed this year. As far as "car stuff" I got 10 quarts of synthetic VR1 Racing Oil, Wix filters, McGuires wax, Mothers polish and buffing cloths. Santa also brought me a 2 5/8" Stewart Warner mechanicial water temp gauge in a chrome cup and an MSD Tach Adapter.

All I asked for was a Gene's Hot Rod Parts T shirt cause my two old ones are getting pretty shabby. Guess I've got to call Charlie.

image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg Wife couldn’t pick this up for me so I did today with my Christmas cash she gave me. I found a no crack block in November and I had an extra set of Eddie Meyer heads so I thought I’d get another complete flattie ready for something.

My son also got me this tap and die set.

Our family has gotten so big, the adults pick names for Christmas. My dear niece picked my name and gave me a dozen 8-track tapes for me to use in my newly refurbished 8-track tape player.

Yeah I figure since I didn't get any this year I'll sure be naughty enough this coming year to have an excuse why santa doesn't bring me any next year.

  20. Got the 351W block, rods, pistons and crank back from the machinist a week before Christmas and still needed a carburetor, headers that didn't interfere with the motor mounts or starter and a few other things. Santa delivered via the Internet listings. Headers are stainless ($100), the Holley is a 600 CFM 9510 FA list 8411, which should fit the engine (those who know such things, please chime in) and the guy threw in the Mallory Unilite (4756701 H D-70-6) which isn't for the Windsor, but trade stock for something else, all for another $100. I think Santa likes me a lot this year! IMG_2190.JPG

An 8” Ford 3rd member, 3.80 with an Eaton Tru-Trac differential.
It came in 5 gallon bucket in a Quick Performance box.:)
    Ms.Clause also got me a 9 of 1943 Remington 1903-A3 Springfield.
I really racked up this Christmas.

  23. I got a SWEATER....But what really wanted was a MOANER or a SCREAMER.

  24. Nothing flash but from my young bloke so pretty special. DB625D6E-E560-4031-80BA-CAA0817674AE.jpeg 5442816D-302D-46AF-9542-ED4B2E0A1D1A.jpeg

  25. Bought this, started it in 1995 for a friend, it stalled and the owner died. Not traditional per say, but glad I can finish something I started 26 years ago.
