1939 Studebaker Coupe Express: (some day I'll find one)
1966 Sunbeam Tiger (first real hot-rod ride) smoked the tires through the first three gears the length of a city block... after that it was over and I was addicted.

Cool, after reading some of the posts from you guys I don't feel so weird anymore.
The Divco phase was probably the worst for me, even worse then the short bus phase I went thru, although I do have my eye on another 1857 short bus, so that might just come full circle.
A lot of the cars listed are true exotics while some are still pretty obtainable. I might just have to be like Napoleon Dynamite and listen to my heart and just get one of those damn Manx dune buggies.;) Maybe my wife will buy that one. LOL

a buddy of mine has an avenger body hanging in his garage, it looks a little diffrent from this one. But then again it's hanging in the rafters :O) it's never been painted or installed on a chassis.

There is a bus about that model in San Angelo, TX. The guy that has is sells old cars and tractors so I am sure it's for sale. I believe the name of the road its on is Armstrong, same as the highway from Robert Lee.

I would like to have another 77 Pinto, trunk, not hatch. Had lots of fun with mine. 2.3l with Offy intake, Holley 390cfm 4brl, Hedman headers, lowered, Mustang 4 speed and 8" 3.00:1 rear end. Next time would be a Turbo Coupe motor and T-5.

I always liked odd ball cars, it's amazing what a nice set of wheels and lowering will do for a cars cool factor.

Them Ausi ford Falcons are Bad Ass, mine would be just like Mad Max's though.

  26. Would have been a Citroën 2CV6, but I now have one of those. Found that Mercedes 300CD coupé, too. So, it would have to be a Citroën Ami 6.
    Obviously I need help.

A Haflinger. I actually drove one in my job as a geologist in the late sixties. Had a two cylinder air cooled horizontally-opposed engine; like half a VW engine. Top speed 40 mph.
